Goddess Online Course 

Welcome to the Goddess Online Course for girls aged 8 - 13 years old. 

This five-week course will enable your Goddess to manage her big teenage emotions and celebrate her own uniqueness. 

I can run this course as a one to one programme or in a group depending on what would suit your Goddess best.

COURSE OUTLINE

Your Goddess will learn:

• How to create a confident and kind inner voice

• Discover her core values and how these impact her actions 

• Understand what  healthy friendships look like and how to resolve conflict 

In each session we will explore: 

• Mindfulness

• Yoga 

• The power of the breath 

• These are powerful coping techniques that should be in every Goddess's toolkit
